The summer is like life—it passes quickly.  Though the time has gone quickly, opportunities have abounded.  This has been a summer mixed with joy and sorrow, weddings and loss.

I have had the privilege to share at various churches and have been encouraged by responses and letters that followed.  In one church a person told me how much the book Where God Guides, God Provides has blessed her.  The purpose of the book was to encourage others to stick their necks out for God.

I would appreciate your prayers for open doors and His anointing as I continue to share with churches, small groups, funerals and following up on those who have suffered loss.

I read something worth passing on.

                        When someone is broken, don’t try to fix them (You can’t)

                        When someone is hurting, don’t attempt to take away their pain (You can’t)

                        Instead, love them by walking beside them in the hurt (You can)

                        Because sometimes what people need is simply to know they aren’t alone.

If you have any prayer requests or praises you want me to pass on, let me know.

From my heart,

Isaiah 58:11  The Lord will guide you continually, and satisfy your soul in drought, and strengthen your bones;

You shall be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail.
